When I started writing down all the things, especially the little things, I realized that I have so much in every single day to be grateful for. Even just the ability to wake up and breathe was something I wasn't being grateful for. This experience taught me to really open my eyes to the things around me that I should be grateful for.

My gratitude tends to lean towards the whatever I am doing or have done and it doesn't matter as much. I am working on this and trying to just be grateful but sometimes that is hard!
